Once you have purchased your property, you will be kept updated by photos showing the construction progress. 

• Our after sales team will assist you in the furnishing of your home and garden furniture.
  
• If you need some extra building work or minor alterations while construction is in progress we can help to advise you and obtain the best prices.
  
• On your property completion handover Infinity Express will assist you and make a report on the procedure.
  
• Infinity Express will help transfer the utility services into your name and also help to arrange connection for a telephone line if you would like one.

Property Maintenance: 

Infinity Express offer many services at a reasonable fee:

• A cleaning service, so that your home is ready for your arrival and also if you rent your property we can arrange cleaning before, after and during your rentals stay - more information can be obtained on renting your property from our rental department, please contact us for more information.
  
• Pool and garden maintenance - Infinity Express will maintain your gardens on a weekly basis and pools on a daily basis.  This will also include the emptying of your pool for the winter and preparing it ready for your use for the start of the summer season. 
  
• Technical services are available for any electrical, plumbing or basic repairs to your home.
  
• Infinity Express will help you to set up home and contents insurance and also the compulsory earthquake insurance (DASK). We will also assist you in renewing them when the time comes.
