If you intend to rent your property out here in Turkey you need to declare tax (as in the UK) on the rental income that you receive. To do this you must first set up your own Company.

As an alternative, if you have previously bought property from us, we shall be very happy to rent it out on your behalf.

Our services will include:-

If you would like to rent your property we will arrange for a rental contract to be drawn up confirming the monthly rent.
